CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT SUMMARY SCHEDULE
Maryland Jockey Club management is requesting reimbursement under Sections 9-1A-09,
9-1A-29(c) and (e)(2) of the State Government Articles of the Maryland Code and
09.10.04.25 of COMAR for Laurel Park and Pimlico for the reimbursement request dated
April 10, 2019. Invoices representing 100 percent of Racetrack Facility Renewal (RFRA)
eligible improvements were examined as part of the agreed-upon procedures testing.
