To Whom It May Concern:
We recently were notified that LCS’s tuition referral program, which pre-dated accepting state
vouchers, does not comply with state law. The school’s Board of Directors has voted to rescind the
tuition referral policy, effective immediately.
We apologize for the oversight and appreciate those who brought this issue to our attention so
that we could take appropriate actions.
These actions include officially rescinding the referral program, removing the material from the
school’s website, notifying our families via email with a direct mail to follow early next week, and
working with the various entities who brought this to our attention.
