Able to come up with 15 showing criminal convictions.
I would like to see 30 total on the list. I realize we may have a hard time finding that many outside of the Austin proper area, so to
fill out to the number we are looking for we can go inside Austin if need be. Main thing is they have Criminal Convictions.

San Antonio Resident Office ATD, FOJC, and Non -Detained teams have been tasked with providing two transport
officers for each operational day. Officers have been scheduled as follows:

Officers will report for duty at 0500 on their scheduled day, with full LEO gear, at a location TBD.
Scheduled officers will maintain field presence to take custody of arrested individuals, transport same to Resident Office,
drop off for processing, and return to the field .

Subject: AFOD Meeting
FOO mentioned about working on making Austin a full functioning Resident Office. NON-DETAINED, BONDS, etc. This will give
every employee more experience and be well rounded candidates for SDDO positions.
I spoke with DFOD concerning Non-detained, at this time we cannot support walk-ins or bonds. We will need to come up with two
Officers ASAP so as they can get trained up and see exactly what we can handle. This will probably entail a couple trips to SNA to
shadow non-detained. lrb\<6\ lb\I probably has the most recent recollection of non-detained work in SNA. I know, (b)(6) showed

interest. They want it up and running no later than October 1st.
PWP's. FOO wants them in well before October 30th deadline.
FOD encouraging all management to support ERO 2.0.
FOD reiterated that he wants all supervisors to take OPLA survey.
FOO has coins available for spot awards that are not worthy of cash awards.
FOD would like to see every office to have some type of year end party/BBQ.
Operation EPIC cancelled, FOD believes it will be early FY18. If not he will have an SNA OP, Criminals only.
FOO stated now that all MSS personnel are under llb\16\lb\17\IC\
I BUEs need to go through SDDOs instead of calling MSSs
directly. SDDOs will then reach out to the SMSS. Make sure this is addressed with all BU E's. It has been a common practice for
them to reach out directly to SNA for equipment, etc.
I w ill be scheduling Town Hall meetings, once a month . The FOO and DFOD w ill be cop ied on the ca lendar invite. He advises, he
w ill try and show up if schedule permits.
