Re–Encounter between SAID-SOTG Operatives, Resulted to Death of One (1) Male Suspect for Violation of Sec. 5, Article II of RA 9165

FACTS OF THE CASE:
On the stated TDPO, SAID-SOTG Operatives of this station, under the supervision of PSUPT. LITO ENGKIG PATAY led by PCINSP SANDIE CAPARROSO and Twenty-five (25) others, 
conducted a buy-bust operation against the suspect alias “UTOY” (later identified as JERWIN RIVERA) who happens to be in the Drug Watchlist of this Station. During the operation, 
 acted as poseur buyer, accompanied by
, bought worth Php 500 of “shabu” from suspect. Upon consummation of the drug-deal,
 gave the pre-arranged signal to the other covert operatives thereat. However, suspect sense the group of lawmen approaching to his location, he desperately drew his 
firearm and fired towards the Police Officers and ran inside his house. After giving all means of warnings for him to surrender peacefully, he continued to firing his gun and SAID 
Operatives retaliated which resulted to seriously wounding the suspect.  
  Immediately thereafter, the suspect was rushed to East Avenue Medical Center by 
 for medical treatment on board Brgy. 
Holy Spirit Ambulance but was declared dead on arrival (DOA) at about 8:20PM by
.
