observations, the following toys, materials,
and equipment were not maintained free from
hazards and were accessible to enrolled
children: Kiwi classroom: * The tall floor lamp
was unstable and tipped forward easily when
light pressure was applied. * One wooden toy
shelf and the wooden play refrigerator were
unstable and tipped forward easily when light
pressure was applied. Coconut classroom: *
One wooden toy shelf was unstable and
tipped forward easily when light pressure was
applied.
