This email is in response to your letter of March I4, 2017. Attached is a PDF of the VERIS non-citizen
cancellation report for the period of January 1, 201 1 to March 20, 2017. The majority of this data was already
provided to you in a different format on September 30, 2016.

The Department initially offered you a customized report on September 16, 2016 that contained the following
information:

Last Name

First Name

'2 Current Registration Status

?3 Date non-citizen correspondence was sent
?2 Date of response correspondence received
Registration Address

You requested that customized report on September 26, 2016 and it was provided on September 30, 2016. That
report contained information for the-time period of August 1, 20] 1 until September 29. 2016. This report was
offered outside of our routine federal or state public disclosure requirements for the purpose of reducing the
data collection burden on your organization and the effort required by local registrar offices in providing a
response to an extensive records request in close proximity to a federal election. The report also provided a
much more robust data set in an effort to meet your research needs and was created in an excel format to
facilitate data analysis.

On March 14, 2017, you reiterated your request for a specific system-generated report, ?the VERlS-generated
Noncitizen Repett,? that contains only a subgroup of the data already provided to you last fall. The attached
report contains:
