Conclusive Grounds (CG) trafficking outcome between 01/04/2018 and 31/12/2018

'Number of people not subsequently Granted DL' are those who received a positive
Conclusive Grounds (CG) trafficking outcome between 01/04/2018 and 31/12/2018
for whom there is no record of a grant of Discretionary Leave (between 01/04/2018

In Table 1, 'Minor' represents those who were less than 18 years of age at the time
of the CG decision. Those who were aged 18 or over have been counted as 'Adult'.

The figures we have provided below are extracted from our database, but we do not
believe they are an accurate representation of the information you seek. This is

be Granted Conclusive Grounds outcome does not necessarily mean that the
individual has had a decision not to grant them DL under the NRM. We are
currently unable to distinguish accurate figures at this time without extensive
manual searches to data cleanse this information.

The information concerning the number of people subsequently granted DL has been
