Hi Mary,
 
Thanks for sending the memo, we will review and get back to you with any comments/questions by
next week.  Please note that we are hoping to have the meeting with Mayor Brand before TPL
releases anything – including this memo.  As I mentioned earlier this month, we’d like to make sure
we are all on the same page, etc..  We are excited to have the meeting scheduled with TPL and
Mayor Brand next week to discuss those next steps… 
 
As far as the Council Workshop on the 9th, the City Manager is hoping that you are in the audience
to hear the conversation regarding the lifecycle replacement costs. We think this conversation will
help inform the work ahead.  
 
I just tried your phone to discuss what WRT’s preliminary findings are for the lifecycle replacement
costs, so please let me know if you have a few minutes to chat before next week.
