If you are not the intended recipient, please contact the sender by reply email and destroy all copies of the original message. -----Original Message----From: (b) (6) USARMY USAG (US) Sent: Tuesday, June 12, 2018 11:42 AM To: (b) (6) Subject: RE: DHHS Site Survey (UNCLASSIFIED) CLASSIFICATION: UNCLASSIFIED (b) (6) Just got back from this site survey.  ED, MPD, SED, and OMD attended the meeting.  DHHS wanted to see the site again to take a closer look at the utility infrastructure and land.  I showed them the utility maps again.  DHHS just needed to see how close the utilities are to the area that is being considered over by Liberty Road and the Industrial complex.  DHHS was hoping for the land to be a bit more flat, but they will have to do a lot of grading if they select this area.  I also repeated what we discussed with (b) (6) last week regarding DPW’s manpower requirement if DHHS decides to build in this area in order for DPW to support DHHS with real property actions and the use of our privatized utility providers.  I also mentioned that they can also approach El Paso utilities.  DHHS is still considering going all portable, but no definite answer could be provided at this time.  ED reminded them that they would need permits if they use generator power.  No timeline could be given to the group until DHHS selects the site.
