Dear Judge Dinkelacker:

I am writing in regard to the Hamilton County court case concerning former Juvenile
Court Judge Tracie Hunter and would appreciate it if you would consider my perspective
during the sentencing phase. I ask that you do not impose the six?month jail sentence
on Ms. Hunter. However, if you do impose a jail sentence, please consider a court
order that allows for early release at Sheriff Neil's discretion. This is an opportunity to
look at the circumstances and extend mercy.

Thank you for your continued service to Hamilton County; I am praying for you as you
make this difficult decision.
