FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

BETWEEN:

AND:

NALCOR ENERGY, a body corporate existing
pursuant to the Energy Corporation Act being
Chapter E11.01 of the Statues of Newfoundland and
Labrador, 2007

(hereinafter referred to as ?Nalcor?), and

NUNATUKAVUT COMMUNITY COUNCIL a
corporation under the laws of Newfoundland and
Labrador, its successors and assigns

(hereinafter referred to as the 

(Hereinafter referred to individually as a ?Party? and
collectively as the ?Parties?)

WHEREAS the N00 has raised concerns in respect of adverse health effects arising

from the Muskrat Falls Project;

AND WHEREAS Nalcor has agreed to provide a financial contribution to the N00 to

fund social programs and activities relating to the health of the members of the 

NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH THAT for and in consideration

of the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter contained and other good and

valuable consideration (the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which are hereby

acknowledged), the Parties hereby agree as follows:

1. Nalcor agrees to provide the sum of $10,000,000.00 (ten million dollars) as a

financial contribution to the 

2. The NCC agrees to use the financial contribution to fund social programs and

activities relating to the health of the members of the

3. Nalcor and N00 agree that nothing in this agreement modifies the terms of any
other agreement between them or of any agreement to which NCC and Nalcor,
along with other parties, are party.

4. N00 agrees to provide Nalcor the sum of $2 (two dollars) in consideration for

this agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each Party has executed this Agreement by its duty

authorized representatives.
