The original PSFA “refresh project” was to be paid from two areas of funding:

1. PBAC (President’s Budgetary Advisory Committee) funds: $449,000 (this has no expiration)
2. 2016-17 Deferred Maintenance fund: $2 M. Please note the expiration date of these funds
are June 30, 2019.
