I would imagine that we are to extend it but it is not my call. have forwarded the info as soon as I received it to the
department. I think received it earlier today or yesterday cannot remember. It takes longer than this amount of time
for the department to take a look at something. I?m afraid that is reality. We will have to manage around this

timefra me.

If we do extend it, as I think we will need to do, we should look at rewriting the documents in any way that might
improve them for our purpose. Mark Davis is the right person to review what you come up with for that. The sole
source documentation in particular, and potentially the contract can be rewritten in any way we see fit. That is the
boilerplate language can be rewritten. We could not rewrite the remuneration or something like that of course without
both a reason and talking with the department and the contractor, but there is no reason to rewrite the terms in that
respect

Honestly, we needed more lead time for this decision given that the department is involved. We had the commissioner
here most of yesterday of course, and we could have taken her aside and asked her anything we might of needed by the
way, but I don?t think I was on top of this at that time. Thanks.

Are we going to extend this contract? I was under the impression AIDEA was going to let it expire on 6/30.

If we want to extend we will need to get a PR routing and contracts signed by tomorrow, we don?t want to let it expire if
we we nt to extend it.
