The inspector did not. complete the re-inspectioo due to major closure Violations being observed at the time of the reminspection. The inspector observed a dead rodent in the soda bib dry storage area adjacent to the kitchen. Numerous ?ies were also observed throughout the facility landing on food contact Surfaces and equipment. Operator was unable to provide proof of pest control service as required on the routine inspection report. This facility has voluntarily closed due to vermin infestation. Closure signs have been posted on the entrance of the facility. Closure signs shalt remain posted until a reinspection occurs and approval to re?open for operation has been granted by a member of this department. A reinspection of the facility has been scheduled for @5119. This facility will be required to attend an of?ce hearing at. the Environmental Health Department office located at 554 S.
