2019 New Zealand International Building Expo & Summit is one of biggest property and building event in New
Zealand. The event attracts and involves top property and building industry leaders to exchange, discuss,
and debate industry issues, ideas, trends and opportunities.

• 16 August 2019 Friday – Annual NZCBIA Conference and Summit
This is an ideal day to upskill and network among leading industry experts with professional seminars and
summit.
• 17 – 18 August 2019 Saturday and Sunday (Trade & Public Day).
The NZ International Property & Building Expo is open to the trade and general public with free entry
that attracted 10,000+ visitors last year. This is an opportunity to network, meet, learn and engage with
builders and the public.
Time:
• Friday - Conference 09:00-16:30 and Gala Dinner from 18:30 -22 :00pm (approximate)
• Saturday & Sunday - Expo from 09:30 to 16:00
Venue: Vodafone Event Centre, Manukau, Auckland
Purpose: It targets urban development stakeholders – developers, design consultants, suppliers, contractors,
and other property and building professionals for direct interactions primarily with ethnic Chinese in New
Zealand’s building industry. The conference is an opportunity to network with key industry leaders in a
relaxed environment. The Gala dinner showcases outstanding industry projects and recognise exceptional
achievements while meeting with peers and colleagues as recognition of their contributions to the building
industry in New Zealand
Dress: Business attire, black tie optional, for the Gala dinner on 16 August 2019
Guests: Approximately 450 at the Conference and 600 guests in round tables of 10 at the Gala
