THE GRAND JURY, for the County of Hidalgo, State of Texas, duly
selected, impaneled, sworn, cha ged and organized as such at. the July
term A.D. 2019 of the 5 Judicial District Court for said
County, upon their oaths present in and to said court at said term that
GENARO FUENTES, hereinafter styled Defendant, on or about the 1SI day of
November A.D., 1999, and before the presentment of this indictment, in
Hidalgo County, Texas, did then and there intentionally and knowingly

cause the penetration of the sexual organ of Kenia Garcia, a pseudonym, a

child who was then and there younger than 14 years of age;
COUNT TWO

THE GRAND JURY, for the County of Hidalgo, State of Texas, duly
selected, impaneled, sworn, cha ed and organized as such at the July
term A.D. 2019 of the Judicial District Court for said
County, upon their oaths present in and to said court at said term that
GENARO FUENTES, hereinafter styled Defendant, on or about the l?'day of
December AHD., 1999, and before the presentment of this indictment, in
Hidalgo County, Texas, did then and there intentionally and knowingly
cause the penetration of the sexual organ of Kenia Garcia, a pseudonym, a

child who was then and there younger than 17 years of age;
