a. Can we do a citizen-initiated sales tax with 50+1
b. How many City Councilmembers are necessary for that route (we think 5 but
would be nice to have this confirmed)
c. Private attorney or CAO review of ballot statement
d. Can City taxpayers pay for things not in City jurisdiction (parkway? etc.)
3. Find legal and treasurer consultants

4. Raise funds for signature gathering, expenditure planning, legal
a. Follow up with RLF re: community engagement/c3 work
