l, Scott Gratias, being first duly sworn, depose and say that our office received an
Original Notice, Petition at Law, with attachments to be served on Scott Griffen d/b/a
Old Main Brew Pub. Mr. Griffen?s address is 1614 Pierce Circle Ames, IA. We have
been to that location at on at least 3 occasions and have not gotten an answer. We
have attempted service on 02/27/18, 03/01/18, and 03/07/18. We have also attempted
service at Old Main Brew Pub located at 316 Main St. Ames, IA and have been unable
to make contact with him. We have spoken with employees at the Pub and they have
stated ?you?re never going to catch him? and "good luck finding him?. We have
attempted service on Mr. Griffen in the past and have found him to avoid service and
not be cooperative. We have left business cards and messages and he refuses to return
any of our communications. We have at this time been unable to locate and execute

service on Mr. Griffen.
