COMES NOW the undersigned County Attorney, pursuant to Iowa Code Sections 331.756(5)
and 909, and hereby gives notice to the Clerk of this Court of full commitment to collect delinquent
obligations.
Any and all of the following procedures may be used to initiate collections of delinquent
obligations:
1. A letter of intent to collect sent to the defendant’s last known address;
2. Satisfactory payment arrangements made if the defendant is unable to pay the amount in full;
3. Garnishment of the defendant’s wages;
4. A Voluntary Assignment of the defendant’s wages;
And any other methods of collection authorized or permitted by law.
