Having considered the papers, 4 declarations, evidence, and oral argument of the parties, and good cause having been shown: 5 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the County’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction is 6 GRANTED. 7 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that: 8 1) 9 Pending the trial of this action or further order of this Court, Caren Carl Mandoyan (“Mandoyan”) cease to hold himself out as a Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff; 2) 10 Mandoyan relinquish all County property in his possession, including any Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department-issued uniform, badge and weapon; and 11 3) 12 Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva cease to recognize or hold Mandoyan 13 out as a Deputy Sheriff or a County employee, and direct the Los Angeles County 14 Sheriff’s Department to act in accordance herewith.
