Dear Commissioner Mooney:

I am writing to you regarding the Applicant?s Cook County Class 6b Tax Incentive Eligibility Application (the ?Application")
that was ?led with the Cook County Assessor's Office on April 2,2013 with respect to the property located at 4040 West
40th Street, Chicago, Illinois 60632 (the "Property") which is in my Ward.

If approved, the Application will enable the Applicant to rehabilitate and develop the Property which, once developed, will
be used for remanufacturing truck transmissions, differentials, and steering gears, and to sell truck parts warehoused at
this location nationally. The Property has been unoccupied since February of 2009, and the Applicant's proposed
redevelopment would have a substantial impact in the community resulting in a great enhancement of the neighborhood
and new employment opportunities. Therefore, I would like to offer my full support for the Applicant?s proposed
development and Application.
