Dear Mary:

Thank you for your letter of October 22, 2015, concerning the possible renewal of the Class
6b Tax Incentive for the above?referenced property. As outlined in your letter, the requested

documentation is submitted here with.

Note that the property is located in Alderman Burke?s ward. My client has reached out to
Alderman Burke?s of?ce and was informed that an Aldermanic letter of support cannot be issued

(however, they do not object to the renewal) due to a con?ict of interest.

The following items are attached to this letter:

1. The completed EDS form for the Bond Corp. The owners of the Bond Corp, with 7.5%
or more ownership, include Hometown National bank as Trustee of the TM. Lyman Trust (of
which Majorie Lyman is the 100% bene?cial owner), Majorie P. Lyman and William Lyman.
Completed EDS forms for these three owners are also enclosed. Each EDS has a completed

Principal Pro?le for that owner attached to it.

2. A copy of the second installment 2014 property tax bill is attached.

3. A copy of the original Class 6b application is attached (as well as a copy of the

Assessor?s renewal notice)
