On motion by seconded by the following resolution was adopted by
the Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Warren at a meeting held August 28, 2019.

RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT OCEAN LITIGATION
AGAINST ENFORCEMENT DIRECTIVE NO. 20186

WHEREAS, on November 29, 2018, the New Jersey State Attorney General Gurbir Grewal issued
Enforcement Directive No. 2018?6; and

WHEREAS, the County of Ocean, on August 7, 2019, passed a resolution authorizing litigation
against the New Jersey State Attorney General Gurbir Grewal and any and all parties to challenge
Enforcement Directive No. 2018?6; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Warren County Board of Chosen Fieeholders

supports the County of Ocean? 3 Litigation challenging New State Attorney General 3 Gurbir Grewal?s
Enforcement Directive No. 2018? 6.
