September 3, 2019 Dear Mayor John Cranley and Cincinnati City Councilmembers: By means of this letter, the tenants of The Banks Riverfront Entertainment District state their strong and full support for a new concert venue at The Banks. The new venue will act as a catalyst for the region and businesses at The Banks year?round. With a capacity of 1,500 to 4,000, the venue will attract artists that are particularly attractive to the 21-35?year?old demographic. This will introduce bars, restaurants and retail at The Banks to a young and potentially new audience, resulting in increased business now and into the future. The music venue is critical to the continued growth of our community. The new music venue is designed to bring 250,000+ concertgoers to The Banks during the October- May months, right when our businesses need them most. The new venue, along with the proposal by Hilltop Basic Resources to relocate, has the full support of the business community at The Banks. In making its decision, we ask that our elected officials show their full support of the businesses that built, de?ne and continually add to the vibrancy of The Banks. Sincerely, The Banks Riverfront Entertainment District Nicoi investment 30mpany Rains/Chris Steakhouse galla Park Holy Grail Jefferson S?ci Jimmy Johns 9 Stretch Burger Fi Moerlein Lager House M16
