As you are well aware, we are right in the middle of the reviewing cf the assessments. While I understand your concern for proper assessments for abated properties, your information came from a website that is not always accurate. The administrator and have been in discussion about the accuracy of the information on FastLane. While it is improving, I do not rely solely on their information. The primary goal of the Orleans Parish Assessor's Office is to properly assess all real estate in the City of New Orleans. We keep record of the lTEs and RTAs as documents are received. The two lTEs you're questioning, according to documentation received by our office are valid through 2020 and 2021. If we ?nd that the two lTEs have not been renewed, we will prepare the necessary change orders, and ?nes will be assessed by the state as necessary. Remember, we only keep records for these contracts. We do not make decisions, nor monitor compliance of contract recipients. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
