Contacted by Judge Reoheal Rancilio reference a suspicious circumstance.

INFORMATION:

I made contact with?Judge Rancilio. She advised me that she was alerted to some
troubling posts on Facebook today. The posts were made by an account name ?Jonathan
Vanderhagen (Killian Jake)". It is believed this account belongs to Jonathan Joseph
Vanderhagen. 07/07/1984. Rancilio was the Judge who presided over an FOO case that
Vanderhagen was a part of. From the posts on Facebook it appears that Vanderhagen was
unhappy with the outcome of this case

There are multiple posts: on Vanderhagen 8 page regarding Renoilio Many are screen
shots of her personal Fecebook posts as well as items that she has pinned" on her Pintrest app.
In the post containing Raneilio?s Pintrest Pins, Venderhegen etatee ?Exposing bad. corrupt 
shady people like you is what the fuck do Get this bitch out of our court system?.

On 077079019 ateproxirnently 1819hrs, Vanderhagen posted two videos. The videos
appear to be him standing in front of picture boards. The post states ?Time to speak up about my
personal experience of corruption in Mecomb County F00. The shady game Judge Rachel
Rancilio Mery Duross (Myr vet of FQC) played with the life of my son?. During the videos he
speaks about how his ex is responsible for the death of their child Killian At no time does he
threaten harm or violence towards Rancilic or Duross. However he does appear to be very upset
with them and feels they are to blame for not helping him.

The posts concerning Rancilio were all public posts. Evidence Technician Kukukvwas able
to locate these posts via the internet. He was able to capture screen shots of the posts made by
Vanderhagen. See Deputy Kukuk's supplement for further.

. Via CLEAR search i located Ml~ a 1999 Suburban registered to Vanderhagen.
He does not have a CPL nor does he have any ?rearms registered to him.

The local jurisdiction where the Judge resides was requested to make extra passes.
Vanderhagens information as well as vehicle description was provided. The security staff at the
Circuit Court was made aware to be en the lookout for Vanderhagen and to alert her court officer
if he comes to the court. At this time it class not appear there is any threat to Judge Rancilie.
Further menitering and investigation is seeded into his Facebook account. No contact was made

I located Jonathan Vaderhagen?s Facebook Imade several screen captures from his account that
reference Judge Ranoillo. I was also able to save four separate videos that were posted to his account, The
screen ?oaptures and videos were downloaded to the county computer from Jonathan?s Facebeok account.
