I'm noticing that Mr. Christensen's voter registration does not have a place for a prior address, even in Texas. What is your office's policy for determining if someone is previously registered to vote either in Texas, or another state? You are correct, in the past it did and in 2012 it was changed and now the applications version 2015 has a place for former Count of former residence in Texas not any other state. Also, did you have a chance to review your correspondence with Ms. Bloodworth for the 2012 pollbook? I did certify that copy, we no longer have the original. Again, thanks so much for your help. I know I've been persistent in my emails to you. I'm fairly certain we will be headed to trial in this case, and probably fairly quickly, so I'm trying to get everything in order as early as possible so we aren't surprised by anything. I believe it would have either been someone in our office, or someone from your office. Do you happen to recall if your of?ce requested it or if you received it from us? Normally, I believe our of?ce requests the primary documents first, to see if we think the signatures match, and then we would pass off to a law enforcement agency for investigation.
