Sorry to return to this matter, as related to CCN--. I have read IPID's SOPs and
taken some advice on the distinction between IPID case files and dockets. The advice I have is
that the IPID case file is not equivalent to the docket (I requested both via a PAIA request
some weeks ago).

Please can you and_ assist me in conlirming whether there is a separate IPID case
file for CCN --, which may contain the report that IPID generated at scene
attendance (Form 7 and/or Form 5) and post mortem attendance (Form 6). ll you're able to
locate the case file, I'd appreciate it if you can send me a copy please.
