Description of relevant facts and circumstances which support probable cause that the offense(s) was committed. and (2) the defendant is the one who committed it: On August 16, 2019 at 1538 hours, I responded to the PATCO Station in Lindenwold, NJ for an unresponsive child located in a vehicle. As I arrived, I met with Corporal Joe Ebling of the Delaware River Port Authority Police Department (DRPA) who stated that Camden County Central Communications received a 911 call in reference to a child that was locked inside a car in Lot 3 of the Lindenwold PATCO High Speed Line located in Lindenwold, NJ. Upon Delaware River Port Authority and Lindenwold Police arrival, they located, what they believed to be family members standing outside a 2015 grey Dodge Caravan NJ registration parked in Lot 3 with a passenger side window smashed out. Police officers looked inside the vehicle and found unresponsive in the car seat located in the third row of the vehicle. Officers attempted life saving measures but were unsuccessful. On August 16, 2019, at 1554 hours was pronounced dead by Doctor Hoffman of Virtue Hospital in Voorhees, NJ. Detective Ebling and I arrived at the Lindenwold Police Headquarters and conducted an audio/video recorded statement with Shelton Shambry, who is the legal guardian of He brought a to the car, placed her in the car seat, and left the residence with at approximately 0630 hours. The usual routine is for him to drop to day care. On this day, was running late and she asked Shelton Shambry to drop her off at work first. Shelton Shambry drove to and dropped off at approximately 0650 hours. He then traveled back to his residence at 1 in Lindenwold, New Jersey 08021 and laid down until he had to get up for work. At this time, was still in the car and buckled in the car seat. Shelton Shambry then woke up at approximately 1130 hours to go to work his shift. He got into his vehicle and drove to the Lindenwold PATCO High Speed Line and parked in Lot 3. He locked the van and proceeded to the train, leaving in the vehicle. Shambry stated that he suffers from memory loss due to an injury at work. At approximately 1530 hours located in the vehicle unresponsive. Upon police arrival, police met with family members who reported to have smashed the passenger side window of the vehicle and located the child identified as M.R-L . Police officers looked inside the vehicle and found M.R.L, unresponsive in the car seat located in the third row of the vehicle. Officers attempted life saving measures but were unsuccessful. On August 16, 2019, 1554 hours M.R-L was pronounced dead by Doctor Hoffman of Virtua Hospital in Voorhees, NJ. Detectives conducted an audio/video recorded statement with Shelton Shambry, who is the legal guardian of M.R-L. He stated that he brought M.R-L to the car, placed her in the car seat, and left the residence with a family member at approximately 0630 hours.
