My client submitted a disclosure on August 12, 2019, through the established procedures promulgated by law. In accordance with 50 U.S.C. § 3033(k)(5)(D)(ii)(I), I am providing you formal notice of our intent to contact the congressional intelligence committees directly. Accordingly, I request direction on doing so in accordance with appropriate security practices per 50 U.S.C. § 3033(k)(5)(D)(ii)(II). I thank you in advance for your time and attention to this matter, and I look forward to your forthcoming guidance. Sincerely, Andrew P.
