HARRIS RE: Cover Letter (call for action and beliefs) for the U.S. Senate seat of Senator Johnny Isakson with accompanying Resume. Greetings Governor Brian Kemp, Thank you for opening the door to afford a citizen of the great State of Georgia an opportunity to serve as a Senator in the Upper House of our national government. My name is Clarence B. Harris. I am a historian, seasoned social science educator (including political science), a former administrator, corporate business executive, veteran community activist (at state and national levels on constitutional and statute issues), a public speaker, former university chaplain, assistant prison chaplain, and Christian pastor. As you begin your selection process, I propose the following question: If not me, then who can strategically and geopolitically address the following divisive issues to fill the voids that confront our nation? What is tragically absent from the current U.S. Senate’s arsenal is an activist senator that can counter the bludgeoning and relentless attacks of the new socialist, minority, and feminist “Left”; one who is not interested in being a career politician, but rather, a public servant for the “social good” of the nation … a senator who will not succumb to special interest groups, oligarchies, or lobbyists for self-interest… one who would be willing to challenge congressional rhetoric of no action towards the illegal “Trojan Horse” invasion of our sovereign border… one who would be willing to apply the “Rule of law” with legal remedies towards public servants who violate their oath of office, commit treasonous acts, and who undermine the Constitution with “Sanctuary” States and Cities... an African American Senator who would be willing to declare the illegality of allowing citizens of foreign nations to vote in our elections, to scrutinize activist judges who violate their oath of office, and declare how the infusion of over 20 million illegal aliens over the past 40 years (strategically located nationwide) will inevitably supplant the constitution, replace the uninformed Black population, and transform America into a faction of a globalist state. I believe that our nation cannot afford to have a status quo Republican politician during this pivotal juncture in the life of our Constitutional Republic. The Democratic and Socialist Parties have dubiously shaped the national agenda through their concerted efforts involving obsession with impeachment and obstruction of justice. In conjunction with the complicit U.S. corporate media outlets, they seem to be facilitating Nakita Khrushchev’s blueprint for the destruction of the American Republic (from the inside out). I perceive that if President Donald Trump is not reelected in 2020, within three-years we may be confronted with the death of our constitutional Republic, as well as the Republican and Democratic Parties. The parties are seemingly merging into a synthesized Hegelian socialist hybrid. The Republican Party must have Conservative African American leaders in office to educate the Black masses, bring racial and social unity, and dispel the “fake” media. America bears the title “as the leader of the Free World”. It is the life-line for liberty, the world-over. If our nation should lose this status and its liberties, then the whole world “will be in chains.” No pressure Governor, but much is riding on your appointment. While Republicans still control the Senate and the Executive Branch, this may be our last stance at “life, liberty, ‘property’, and the pursuit of happiness.” I believe, I am the person to fill the RESUME CLARENCE B. HARRIS (soon to be) vacant senate seat of Senator Isakson. I believe this is a crucial appointment that must be filled with an African American male in order to counter the relentless race-baiting socialist assaults on the American “Democratic Republic”. In this upcoming election year, it is essential that we counter the orchestrated radical feminist Democratic “Squad” (Ocasio-Cortez, Omar, Tliab, and Pressley) and their outrageous divisive claims. Ironically, the Leftist media and Black politicians have launched an assault on White males, and these men cannot win against the emotional media driven feminist agenda. Historically, minority males have never controlled the reins of power to oppress American women; therefore, they are in a position to counter feminists. Again, the strategies that I am proposing can only be implemented by an African American male who would be willing to form a team in the halls of the legislature to expose the hypocrisies of racial, gender, and pseudo-scientific global warming theories, as-well-as economic disinformation, used as propaganda tools by the media. The apparent attempts by the “Left” to destroy the: nuclear family, Christian religion, education system, free-market economy, and constitutional government, appears to be attempts to dissolve all forms of social cohesion that binds this nation together. We must break the stronghold of African American Democratic herding and encourage participation in the morality-based issues of the current Republican Party. The “Left” has successfully hijacked the “Black” Civil Rights Movement, using complicit congressmen, preachers, and organizations to support Black genocide, radical feminism, and illegal immigration (a tremendous lack of understanding of “Jurisdiction”). Neo-colonial Black leaders are perpetually abiding in states of moral dilemma and political/religious oxymorons. Hence, their political actions are totally contrary to the tenants of their alleged faiths; thus, hypocrisy has become “status quo”. Their efforts to sustain Black genocide and Democratic Party socialist economic failures in our nation’s cities, to become the face for attacks on conservative Supreme Court Justices, to cover up and harbor the criminal cabal (identified as the “Deep State”), and to maintain their relentless obsession with impeachment of P.O.T.U.S., must all be exposed as an attempted Coup of a Sovereign Government. In closing, as a Christian Pastor with concerns for religious liberties, I also perceive that the antiGod socialist agenda that was announced at the Democratic National Convention, in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2015, has hastened America’s plight towards an atheistic secular humanistic government; this could likely lead to religious persecution (especially in this age of “political correctness”). It could also undermine the founding Fathers’ concepts of Natural Rights, in exchange for an autocratic system where the government becomes the highest authority (god). Governor Kemp, respectfully, the balance of power is in your hands. I humbly submit that if there is an unspoken strategy of the GOP’s Senate to acquiesce, a predetermined choice for this position, or if the party simply continues to repeat the ineffective tactics of the past against Democrats, then I guess my request for consideration for service will not be taken seriously. On the other hand, if there is a desire to change the tide during Senate hearings to help create conservative policies, then I am the man for the job. Hopefully, my resume will reflect my potential. We must remember the impact that Alexandria Cortez has had in reshaping public opinion. She was a former nobody, but the “Swamp” has made her be somebody! We can do the same in the Senate. The Republican Party desperately needs an antithesis to the House’s “Squad”, and a neutralizer for Senators Cory Booker and Kamala Harris. I am one. Thank you Governor Kemp for considering my desire to serve. 2 RESUME CLARENCE B. HARRIS CLARENCE B. Washington DC/ Miami, Florida 1982 - 2012 Pastor/Bishop Headed a nationally based ministry designed to counteract the problems of America’s dysfunctional families and social ills. HARRIS Clubs and Committees: Technology, Faculty Sunshine Committee, Life Skills Committee, Multicultural, Young Republicans and Democrats, Faculty Advisory Committee, Student Liaison Committee, and Text Book Adoption Committee. As chairman of the Multicultural Committee (which I established) I wrote grants to fund multicultural activities supported by students and faculty members. During my tenure as its advisor, this student organization remained undefeated in homecoming float competitions. I coordinated community relations between the University of Georgia (faculty and Minority Services Department), assisted the Oconee County School Board in minority teacher recruitment, worked with civic organizations, and community leaders. In the area of academics, I also developed numerous curriculum pacing guides for social science classes. I fostered summer mentor programs through my community based educational advocate program for minority students called: Oconee ACCESS. When the Oconee School System established its first alternative school program in 1996, I was one of two educators selected to develop its pilot program. Awards and Accomplishments: Selected twice for Who’s Who Among Teachers in America – student nominations. I was perhaps the only teacher in the Oconee County School System’s history that had such a demand for his classes to such an extent that I often had students for the entire day (block schedule), having three preps classes per day, during a semester in which they would take one of each of my social science classes. On the other hands, many students and their siblings would take my classes before they graduated. I almost always had on the average three lesson plans to prepare per semester. This demand was despite the fact that even though the classes were challenging with numerous case studies (sociology), as well as a major research paper (psychology), my students love the challenges of developing critical thinking skills and discovering relevancy in applied knowledge. Coaching: Served as head boy’s track and field coach, trained younger coaches and assisted with girl’s track and field teams and cross country. I conducted a year-round track program for high school and middle school students. Many students competed in state competitions and obtained college athletic scholarship offers. I also served as an assistant football coach. In this capacity I coached receivers, kickers, and the defensive secondary. I was also part of a new coaching team and strategy, which turned the Oconee County’s football program around, fostering better racial relationships; with a school that prior to my arrival had won only one game in two years to complete a 7-and -4 season in 1995. Citizens Advocate Committee Sept. 2009 to Dec. 2017 Advocate and Pro Se Litigant POLITICAL ACTION: I served as an advocate for citizen’s rights in the legislatures of the state of Georgia and Washington D.C. concerning the sub-prime Mortgage Bubble Crisis. In both locations, I worked with leaders of the Republican, Democratic, Georgia Tea Party, the National Black Caucus as-well-as State and national Black Civil rights Organizations to try and bring homeowner relief. Our primary emphasis was to address the fraud perpetrated by many U.S. financial institutions, insurance companies, and law firms. I also helped write a bill to be proposed for committee in the Georgia Legislature in 2015. I worked with the Oconee County Sheriff Department, the Georgia Sheriff Association, the Georgia Bureau of Investigations (GBI), and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) to address these issues in 7 RESUME CLARENCE B. My headquarters were in Dallas and Houston, TX, Shreveport, LA, Greensboro, NC, Miami, FL, and Lancaster, PA. The sales items were educational, historical, and religious reference books. I started the Southwestern Sales Academy in Miami to better prepare my organizations of 30 to 40 college recruited employees (peers) for summer sales positions. The training program was designed to teach advance management, sales, business operations, motivation principals, time management, and communication skills. There were four levels of management training and sales. My efforts produced many of the company's top managers, salesmen, and organizations. My training skills and creativity also established many company records; consequently, I received an Honorary Master's degree in closing sales. Awards: Tough-minded Businessman Award (2x) for accounting, “I Wanna' Win” Award, Top Management Awards (3x) top teams in sales, Top Sales Award, Leadership Awards, Salesmanship Award (2x) sales of $2,000 per week for the summer, Gold Seal Award, Gold Seal Gold Awards (4x) (working over 80 hours per week for the entire summer), 1000 Hrs. Waschak, Ph.D. Vision & Positions I am interested in serving as Georgia’s Junior Senator (or if Doug Collins is chosen to Replace Senator Isakson, I a would be happy to serve in his seat). I currently live in Gainesville, Hall County, Georgia. My political views are based in a strong fiscal conservatism. Our federal government should be small and do only things that cannot be done better at a more local level (e.g., Defense, international Relations & Trade, Federal Courts). I grew up in Conyers, Georgia and I am an Alumnus of both Georgia Tech and Kennesaw State (sorry Dawgs). I am a supporter of law enforcement and the second amendment. I am in favor of strong boarders and the enforcement of our immigration laws. I have spent much of the past decade living overseas and have seen first hand the damage socialist philosophies do to the people and economies of developing countries. There is no room for such ideas in USA policy making. I am a proponent of religious liberty. However, freedom of religion does not mean freedom from religion. Monuments and historical artifacts even of an objectionable or religious nature should be respected as part of our past. Our laws should not be used to restrict the religious practice of others. I am a hiker, tree hugger, photographer and pragmatic environmentalist. Yet, my professional research and graduate training in Environmental Public Policy has taught me that sometimes burning coal or fissile fuels is the kindest thing we can do for the environment.
