Allan Levene September 29, 2019 Governor Brian P. Kemp The Office of the Governor 206 Washington Street 111 State Capitol Atlanta, GA 30334 Sir, Rather than send a CV, that all of the other applicants are doing, I thought it better to attach a copy of my Amazon PDF book - “How To Run For Congress. A Practical Guide: How to run for congressional office by running in multiple states simultaneously, or even just one.” In that way, you’ll get a far deeper look into personality, thought process and background than from a CV. You will find that my ideas are unique, and garnered global press interest a few years ago. Unfortunately, lack of campaign funds was my biggest problem. By appointing me to the vacant Senate seat, you’ll have a long time Georgia resident who will find creative ways to represent Georgia in Washington. And in November 2020, the public will decide who they want for the following six years. I’d like that to be me. And so will you. If you can avoid it, please don’t publish the book to your website but if interested, I can send a conventional CV for publication. Sincerely, Allan Levene MAJOR GENERAL ROBERT E.
