seeking access to records reflecting communication between the Office of the Assistant Attorney
General of the Civil Rights Division and specific staff members on the Congressional
subcommittees, concerning immigration raids, detention, and deportation; border protection;
sanctuary city policies; or the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), from September
5, 2017, to the present for your request number DOJ-18-0172.
After a thorough search, I have determined that the Civil Rights Division has no records
pertaining to your request.
If you are not satisfied with my response to this request, you may administratively appeal
