1842 - Advice from AFP Bangkok that DHA had advised that subject was
on a refugee/protection visa. This was the first advice from DHA of this
status.

1503 - NCB Canberra advises INTERPOL OLA of the advice from DHA,

0034 - INTERPOL OLA notify ail member countries that the Red Notice for
subject has been cancelled as it does not comply with the INTERPOL
Constitution and the details have been deleted from INTERPOL databases,,
and INTERPOL channels should not be used in relation to this case.
0224 - NCB Canberra forward further advice to NCB Bangkok reaffirming
the cancellation of the Red Notice by INTERPOL.
1705 - Advice from DHA Bangkok that Thai Immigration is seeking
confirmation of Notice cancellation as they are unable to reach NCB
Bangkok. DHA requested cancellation advice to provide to Thai
Immigration which was provided.
