1. Jaime Apking – Warren County Sheriff’s Office
On March 13, 2018, Apking was terminated from his employment after engaging
in criminal activity and for untruthfulness during the administrative
investigation.
2. Cody Carpenter – Springboro Police Department
Released from employment on November 6, 2017, during probationary period for
dishonesty regarding medical issues.
3. Shane Johnson – Hamilton Township Police Department
On February 16, 2014, Johnson terminated as a result of a disciplinary finding of
dishonesty regarding departmental matters.
4. Steve Badger – Carlisle Police Department
Received discipline of one day suspension on October 23, 2009, for violating
rules of conduct involving a fictitious illness or injury, unauthorized leave, and
sick leave.
5. Pat Goodpastor – Warren County Sheriff’s Office - Corrections Officer
March 17, 2009, suspended for one day for truthfulness. Lied about counting
sporks from max pod.
6. Candace Davis – Warren County Sheriff’s Office - Corrections Officer
July 29, 2008, received a one day suspension for dishonesty for lying when
calling off sick for an overtime shift.
7. Chris Brombaugh – Warren County Sheriff’s Office
On November 3, 2005, disciplined for turning in a traffic survey with known
inaccurate information. Made an estimate instead of an accurate count.
8. Kevin White – Warren County Sheriff’s Office - Corrections Officer
December 12, 2002, demoted and reassigned for, among other things,
truthfulness. Failed to tell truth during AI (administrative investigation).
9. Jason Cottingham – Kings Island Police Department
Officer Cottingham has a prior conviction for impersonating a police officer in
2001.

 10. Craig Crooks – Warren County Sheriff’s Office
Deputy Crooks received a written reprimand for his treatment of a person in
police custody on July
28, 2015.
11. Kelly Blair – Warren County Sheriff’s Office - Corrections Officer
C.O. Blair received a verbal reprimand for his actions in restraining an inmate
on December 22, 2015.
12. Kristy Johnson – Warren County Sheriff’s Office - Corrections Officer
C.O. Johnson was terminated for dishonesty regarding medical issues in October
of 2014.
13. Ryan Wagoner – Warren County Sheriff’s Office - Corrections Officer
C.O. Wagoner was terminated from his employment for Unsatisfactory
Performance and
Truthfulness in June of 2014.
14. William Berckman – Warren County Sheriff’s Office - Corrections Officer
C.O. Berckman was terminated from his employment for Unsatisfactory
Performance and
Truthfulness in June of 2016.
15. Paul Corbeil – Monroe Police Department
Officer Corbeil was disciplined in 2013 after he was found to have mishandled,
lost, and/or
destroyed evidence and property belonging to another as well as filling out
incomplete erroneous
reports.
16. John Faine – Warren County Sheriff’s Office
Lt. Faine reached a settlement agreement with WCSO in 2018 which resolved
two administrative
investigations (AI 2018-005 and AI 2018-002) regarding performance and
conduct.
17. Sean Butler – Maineville Police Department
Officer Butler was terminated from the Maineville Police Department for
Unsatisfactory
Performance, Unprofessional Conduct, and Dishonesty in
December of 2018.

 18. Chelsea Inman – Warren County Sheriff’s Office - Corrections Officer
C.O. Inman was terminated from her probationary period with the Warren County
Sheriff’s Office for falsifying watch sheets in December of 2018.
