PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS 

SUMMARY OF REPORT

On July 5, 2019 detectives with the Pensacola Police Department?s Vice and Narcotics
Unit, Detective Siemen and Detective Stacy were on patrol in a marked police cruiser. The
detectives attempted to conduct an investigatory stop on a vehicle after they detected the odor of
marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The vehicle failed to stop. A pursuit ensued that lasted for
several minutes and terminated in the front ard of 901 West Brainerd Street.

   
 

-Crawford was transported to Baptist Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
