AIRFIELD COUNTY :88. FAIRFIELD COUNTY, OHIO

OF THE THIRD TERM 2019, THE JURORS OF THE GRAND JURY of said County of
Fair?eld, on their oaths in the name and by the authority of the State of Ohio, do find and present that:

COUNT ONE - AGGRAVATED MURDER UF

On or about September 13, 2019, at the County of Fair?eld, State of Ohio or venue being properly
placed there pursuant to aforesaid, Raymond Guy Leiendecker, unlawfully did
purposely, and with prior calculation and design, cause the death of SAD. in violation of ?2903.01
(A), of the Ohio Revised Code.

 

COUNT TWO - MURDER UF

And the Jurors of the Grand Jury aforesaid, on their oaths aforesaid, do further present and ?nd, that
the said Raymond Guy Leiendecker, on or about September 13, 2019, at the County of Fair?eld,
State of Ohio or venue being properly placed there pursuant to aforesaid, unlawfully
did cause the death of S.A.D., as a proximate result of the offender committing or attempting to
commit an offense of violence that is a felony of the ?rst or second degree, to wit: Felonious Assault,
RC 2903.11 in violation of of the Ohio
Revised Code.

Furthermore, the offender used a motor vehicle as the means to commit the violation.

 

COUNT THREE VANDALISM F3

And the Jurors of the Grand Jury aforesaid, on their oaths aforesaid, do further present and ?nd, that
the said Raymond Guy Leiendecker, on or about September 13, 2019, at the County of Fair?eld,
State of Ohio or venue being properly placed there pursuant to aforesaid, unlawfully
did knowingly cause physical harm to property that was owned or possessed by Diley Ridge Medical
Center when the property was used by its owner or possessor in the owner's or possessor's profession,
business, trade, or occupation, and the value of the property or the amount of physical harm involved
was one thousand dollars or more in violation of of the Ohio Revised
Code.

Furthermore, and the value of the property or the amount of physical harm involved is one hundred
?fty thousand dollars or more.

 

Contrary to the form of the Statute in such case made and provided, and against the peace and

dignity of the State of Ohio.
