Based on the data accrued for the 14 patient surveyed, we found that the FACIT-Sp-12 is better at predicting higher quality of life in heart failure patients. Neither the FACIT-Sp-12 nor SIWB scores can be directly correlated with poor quality of life scores. Both the FACIT-Sp-12 and the SIWB are equivalent in predicting the number of heart failure-related hospitalizations in chronic heart failure patients. Patients with higher spiritual wellness scores have a tendency to have higher quality of life and less heart failure-related hospitalizations.
