Please see the attached picture. The Gt: has exposed the HVAC piping risers in pipe chases in stair tower B. the NE and

SE corners of the building.
Can you please have someone investigate these fittings and test if necessary.

Hello Damon.

The demo being done on the shaft walls concealing the pipe risers is complete for the supply and two of the
returns. Now that the piping is exposed, we can see the existing insulation and many of the fittings look to be
asbestos. We will hold off on any demo of these risers until the insulation is tested and removedfcleared if
necessary. Because of this, our schedule will be impacted pretty significantly in these areas. I would like meeting on site with you and the GC to review realistic timelines with school starting up
in a little more than a month. Are you available next week? I am free all day Monday. Wednesday morning.
Thursday mid-morning on and all day Friday. Let me know.
