Upon consideration of the motions filed by Plaintiff (ECF No. 32, ECF No. 36)

and Defendant (ECF No. 35), responding to the Court’s Order issued on August 16, 2019 (ECF
No. 31), the Court concludes that Plaintiff’s Emergency Motion for Contempt (ECF No. 26) is
properly before the Court.

A civil contempt hearing will be held on October 10, 2019, at 1:00pm Eastern

Standard Time in Courtroom 7-B on the 7th floor of the U.S. Courthouse, 601 Market Street,
