Sam,

We are having an incredibly hard time with the BLM on getting an APD to drill
in Oklahoma. Wondering if you are hearing the same from others? It seems
they are really short of personnel, and the new ?eld director only stayed a
week! Anyway, its crazy and we are about to lose a lease April There?s way more to the story, but I wont try to explain it here.
The long and short of is that Krista Johnson is out of town and I don?t have any
DC contacts at BLM or DOI, but I?m wondering if you?ve got any advice for
us. I can be reached on cell below.
