Enclosed please ?nd the determinations of the matter investigated by the Of?ce of Equity and
Inclusion ?nding violations of ACD 401: Prohibition on Discrimination, Harassment, and
Retaliation and ACD 402: Romantic or Sexual Relationships Between Faculty Members and
Students.

Dr. Polygerinos has resigned and is no longer employed at Arizona State University. He is
ineligible to be rehired. In addition, it is my understanding that he has relocated out of the
