This year?s ethics session will focus on ex?parte
communications, conflicts of interest and Public
Information Laws. Through speci?c examples,
attendees will learn what ex-parte communications are
and why they are unethical or illegal. Attendees will be
given information on how to avoid making an ex-parte
communication in either public or private
communications. The various kinds of con?icts of
