This cause having come on for hearing before the Court upon the Motion of the
Plaintiff for Default Judgment pursuant to Civil Rule 55.01 and the Court having
considered the Motion. supporting Affidavit and the reoord. and the Court being

1. That the Plaintiff is granted 3 Judgment in the sum of $85,220.23 against

amount of 8% from August 1, 2013 and a post?judgment Interest at a rate of 12% per
annum until this judgment is paid.
