GENERAL INDORSEMENT OF CLAIM
The Plaintiff?s claim is for: -

Damages (including aggravated and/or exemplary damages) for
defamation, malicious falsehood, misrepresentation, breach of privacy and
intentional in?iction of emotional distress;

(ii) An injunction pursuant to s. 33 of the Defamation Act, 2009, restraining
the Defendant, its servants or agents, from publishing or causing to be
published the said or any similar words defamatory of the Plaintiff.

Such further and other relief as this Honourable Court may deem
apprOpriate;

(iv) Interest pursuant to the Courts Act 1981;

Costs.
