This issue has been discussed many times over the last several months and the CPUC staff understanding is as follows: •€€€€€€ Once a utility has initiated PSPS protocol, it will share medical baseline customer information with impacted County’s Emergency Response team even if there is no NDA in place •€€€€€€ Outside of an event, if a county requests medical baseline customer information, a utility will require signing of an NDA prior to sharing the data Again, my understanding from multiple conversation on this over the last few months that utilities will not require counties to sign an NDA in order to receive medical baseline information during a PSPS event. This has once again become an issue with PG&E. Can SCE and SDG&E please confirm their current practice and what you are messaging to your counties regarding this issue? Thanks, Elizaveta Malashenko _____________________________ Elizaveta Malashenko Deputy Executive Director, Safety and Enforcement California Public Utilities Commission Phone (desk): 213-266-4712 Phone (cell): 415-792-3263 E-mail: elizaveta.malashenko@cpuc.ca.gov http://firetechsummit.cpuc.ca.gov/
