Governor Raimondo,

My name is Tanya Sutcliffe and i am writing to request appointment to the Ambulance Service
CoOrdinating?Advisory Board for the open position of the general public seat. I am a resident of
Portsmouth a pediatric emergency medicine physician at Hasbro Children?s Hospital and a
mother to'an 8-month-old son. My job gives me unique perspective of the EMS system and it is
my hope to be a part of the Ambulance Service Advisory Board to better serve, advocate and
improve the care of Rhode island's pediatric population. As a mother dread the possibility of
my son ever needing EMS services, however, if he does and i am given the opportunity to
become a member of the boa rd, i will forever be at peace knowing i was part of a group that
worked to better EMS services for all of Rhode Island and in particular, Rhode island's children.
I respectfully request your consideration for the open general public seat on the Ambulance
Service Coordinating Advisory Beard.

Hello Juseph,

tarn writing to request clarification ofthe decision process regarding the ambulance advisory board 
process and decision. Albert Peterson is a fire lieutenant charged with 2nd degree child abuse in the past along with
another concerning charge. I respect not being chosen but if an ambulance advisory board member who votes on
changes that may effect the best interest nf pediatric patients in RI has been charged with harming a child in the past, I
cannot and will not remain silent as a pediatric physician. a mother, and a Rhode Island resident.
