It is important to narrow down the issue(s). Over the past 2 years there has been an increase in the marble dust slurry which has been running off of the quarry and their access roads. There are numerous large marble blocks (perhaps approximately 4 feet square by 6-8 feet long) which are dumped in Yule Creek below the site where the company is apparently constructing a new access road to cross the creek. There appears to be work/manipulation of the creek bed in this area also. Below this location I observed heavy equipment working up to the Yule Creek river bank without leaving any sort of buffer.
