NARRATIVE: The undersigned has probable cause to believe the above-named defendant on the 15 of January 2019
at 17:13 at 11728 WATER RUN AL (Zone: 31 in Orange County did

 

I, Corporal Kelly Deegan was assigned the following case to investigate. I reviewed the following initial report completed by 
Garcia-Pagan: "?Petit Theft? Porch Pirate Package containing book stolen from the front porch. On 1/15/2019, I responded to the incident
location in reference to a the? of a delivered package. I met with Mr. William Radish who reported that he ordered a book valued at $13, and
was notified via text that the packaged had been delivered. Upon arriving at home he did not see the package and checked his Ring Door Bell
App and saw that a black male, walked to his porch and took the package. Mr. Radish did not give anyone permission to take the package
and wants to press charges. The black male suspect was wearing a red and white hooded sweatshirt and light colored pants. The hoodie of
the jacket was over his head. No other witnesses available at this time." INVESTIGATIVE REPORT: On January 17, 2019 at approximately
1438 hours, I made contact with Victim William Radish over the phone. I asked Mr. Radish to forward me the Ring video he had of the subject
taking the package off his covered front patio. Mr. Radish forwarded me the video and I used the still photos to send the crime for a
"Need to Identify" bulletin. On January 23, 2018, 1 was on call for the Sector 3 Property Unit. I was advised of an arrest of 4 individuals for a
burglary to a residence under case #19-7594. The deputies contacted me to advise that the suspects looked similar to the suspects in a "Need
to Identify" Bulletin for case #19-4802. I responded to conduct interviews related to the burglary under case 19-7594. During my time
conducting interviews, 1 met with one of the defendants Jaclifton Reddick. I immediately believed Reddick was the individual in Mr. Radish's
Ring video stealing the package. I interviewed Reddick in reference to the other case post-Miranda. At the conclusion of the interview, I
asked Reddick to look at Mr. Radish's video on my laptop computer on the table in front of him. He denied that it was him in the video.
However, he sat and looked at the video over and over and even asked for the date and time of the incident. This gave me the opportunity to
be up close Reddick and look at his face from the side for a short period of time. Reddick's facial features and body type match the individual
in the Ring video. After spending some time face to face with Reddick, I believe that Reddick is the individual in Mr. Radish's Ring video. He
approached the covered attached front porch of the residence and removed a package worth $1300 from the front door step. I have probable
