The undersigned swears there are reasonable grounds to believe that the above named defendant in Hillsborough County, Florida, did:

On the above listed date and time the defendant approached the victim while he was using the ATM at Sun coast Credit
Union, located at 1370 Oak held Dr, Brandon, FL 3351 1. The defendant pointed a silver in color .40 caliber handgun at the
victims back and stated "give me all your money", and the victim handed the defendant $155.00 in US Currency. The
defendant then stated "a life is worth at least $400.00", but the victim did not have any more money to provide. The defendant
then reached into the victims right front pocket and removed his vehicle keys. Upon the defendant looking away from the
victim, he (victim) attempted to take the handgun away and they (defendant and victim) fell to the ground. While on the
ground one round was discharged from the handgun. The defendant then fled westbound from the scene. This incident was
captured on surveillance video.
On 02/27/17 affiant responded to
